To listen from the website
Just click on the arrow in the 'Listen' column.  Be patient, as it will take a moment or two for the sermon to load and then it will start to play in a new window.  Also, make sure the volume on your computer is on!

To download and save the sermon
Right click on the arrow in the 'Listen' column and then left click on 'Save target as'.  After a moment you will be given the option of saving the file wherever you wish - on your computer, memory stick, iPod etc.  It's up to you. Once you've decided where to save it click on SAVE and the file will save to the destination that you selected. Then you can  listen to it, without an internet connection, on the train, in the car, in the kitchen, or wherever you happen to be!
